Missed call text back
We text them back when you miss a call.
Missed call text back is a text that goes to a caller when you can't pick up. It goes out in seconds, in your business name, from your own business number. It asks who they are, what the job is and where. Their reply lands on your phone.
The moment
Miss the call. Keep the job.
- You're under a sink. Your phone buzzes in the van.
- The caller hears it ring out.
- Most people don't leave a message. They ring the next tradie.
- This time a text from you gets there first.
- They text back. The job waits for you.
Missed call, 2:14pm
Hi, it's the team from your company.
Sorry we missed your call, we're probably on the tools.
Reply here with your name, the job and your suburb and we'll get back to you.
Sam here. Hot water's gone cold. I'm in Joondalup.

How it works
From missed call to job card.

Someone rings your business number
It rings your mobile, like any call.
-
You can't pick up
After about 20 seconds it counts as missed.
-
They get a text
It asks for their name, the job and their suburb.
-

Tap the card to ring them or text them.
Your part
Nothing, after setup.
You read the text first and say yes to the words.
After that it runs by itself. You just call people back.
The rules we keep
- Every text names your business.
- The first text tells them how to opt out.
- We only text people who rang you first.
- Your calls are not recorded.
- Every missed caller gets it. That means suppliers and family too.
Questions
Three things tradies ask.
Does it work with my current number?
It works on your business number, the one we set up for you. That number rings your mobile. Put it on your ute, your site and your Google profile.
What if they text back at midnight?
Their reply waits in the app. You answer when you're up.
Can I turn it off for a week?
Yes. Tell us and we switch it off. Tell us again and it's back on.
One price
It's in the price.
Full price $299 $99 a month for the first 10 tradies. Your first 3 months are $99. Then it's $299 a month.
